During its second meeting, the Board of Directors of the Social Solidarity Fund for the members of the UAE Journalists Association approved, during its second meeting, granting loans worth 465 thousand dirhams for 12 members of the fund, including 7 employees with a total amount of 340 thousand dirhams, and 5 members affiliated with a value of 125 thousand dirhams. During the meeting, the Council approved the adoption of 7 new membership files, which included one member of the working members, and 6 members of the affiliated members, in the context of the Fund’s continuous efforts to expand the base of benefiting from its services and enhancing solidarity between journalists members of the association. For its part, Kaltham Al -Mandous, Vice -Chairman of the Board, explained that the Council holds a monthly periodic meetings to review the files of loan and decideties.
