The Syrian Ministry of Defense said today, Tuesday, that it is aware of reports of “shocking violations” committed by people wearing a military uniform in the city of As -Suwayda, with a Druze majority.
According to «Reuters», a statement by the Ministry quoted Minister Muhtaf Abu Qasra that he confirmed that he would not be tolerated with the perpetrators of these crimes in As -Suwayda, even if they are employees of the ministry.
The statement stressed that “the maximum penalties will be taken against individuals committed to violations in the city of As -Suwayda, after identifying them,” noting that the Syrian Minister of Defense will follow up directly the investigations of the Military Violations Committee.
