For his part, Eng. Khaled Abu Al -Qasim explained that, based on the instructions of the Governor of Aswan, the various committees of the Directorate and the sub -departments in charge of controlling bakeries in coordination with the heads of the centers and cities in field traffic, and the implementation of many inspection campaigns, where efforts resulted in the liberation of 366 diverse minutes that included 183 various violations against municipal bakeries that included stopping production and disposing of the share, and producing bread Minus weight, bread that does not match specifications, and proof of fake sales, and 15 violating bakeries were closed.

He pointed out that in the markets field, 168 misdemeanors were released against violators, including the records of non -declaration of prices, the minutes of its establishment management without a license, the lack of a health certificate, a commercial fraud, as well as the seizure of quantities of expired goods, including 2760 tomato sauce bags, 1210 powder bags, 220 sardines and tuna, 7 permeals and olives weighing 5 kilograms, in addition to controlling Quantities of juices, cheese, sweets, chocolate, lacton, frozen liver and poultry parts, in addition to controlling a quantity of catering sugar 3000 km, and 10 rounds of bakery flour, and the necessary has been taken regarding these seizures and confiscated them as required.
This came in order to preserve the general health of citizens in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, and based on the assignments of Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister in this regard.
