“Sunni” gets an international ISO certificate in the quality management system

The General Administration of Sunni Endowments obtained the ISO 9001: 2015 in the quality management system, after completing all internationally approved standards and requirements in this field, which reflects its commitment to applying the highest levels of quality and institutional efficiency.

On this occasion, Sheikh Duaij bin Salman bin Duaij Al Khalifa, head of the Civil Service Service, affirmed that the General Administration of Sunni Endowments obtaining this certificate embodies the success of the partnership between the agency and government agencies in implementing administrative development programs, praising the efforts of the work team and their commitment to implementing the project efficiently and effectively.

The head of the Civil Service explained that this achievement reflects the continuous keenness towards consolidating the culture of quality and excellence in public sector institutions, and enhances the ability of government agencies to improve performance and provide sustainable services that meet the aspirations of citizens.

For his part, Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed bin Fatees Al -Hajri, head of the General Administration of Sunni Endowments, expressed his pride in this achievement, which represents an important step in the process of institutional development, stressing that the administration was keen to enhance the quality of performance and raise the efficiency of endowment work in accordance with the best international standards and practices, in a way that contributes to improving the services provided and achieves the aspirations of society.

He praised the efforts of all employees of the administration and their cooperation and commitment during the stages of preparation and rehabilitation, to successfully pass the external audit, noting that this certificate represents the beginning of a new stage of work based on continuous development and improvement.

The Head of the General Administration of Sunni Endowments also valued the technical and consulting support provided by the Civil Service Service during the implementation of the project, which included the preparation of an integrated work plan that lasted for a full year, which included several executive stages, including providing the requirements of the quality management system, periodic review, training, and technical consultations, which contributed to the administration’s readiness to obtain this international accreditation.

The ISO 9001: 2015 in the Quality Management System is one of the most prominent international standards approved to measure the efficiency of institutional performance, and the extent of the commitment of the authorities to apply quality standards and continuous improvement, in order to support institutional development trends and establish a work environment based on efficiency and transparency.
