Ahmed Salem Al -Bairaq is not any university, and it is not normal scholarships. It is the ancient British University of Exeter that started in 1855 AD as a school of science and literature and in 1955 AD a privilege was provided to become a university, and the scholarship is the first of its kind along the university’s life to the Order of Honorary President.
