The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (Siwa) announced the start of the operating power transmission station -2 in the Mouleeh area, with an effort of 33/11 kilometers at a total cost of 23.25 million dirhams, and the project was implemented according to the best technical standards and using advanced systems that guarantee the reliability of performance and the continuity of service around the clock. Engineer Hamad Al Tunaiji, Director of Energy Transport Department, stressed that the operation of the station represents a new step within the comprehensive plan of the authority to expand and modernize the electricity transport network in the Emirate of Sharjah, noting that the station will contribute to supporting the stability of electric loads in the Muwailih area and the surrounding areas and keeping pace with the accelerated residential and commercial growth in the emirate.
