The Ministry of Community empowerment organized the first national dialogue for social and economic empowerment within the “Tamkeen 360” initiative, with the participation of more than 200 beneficiaries and partners from the bodies supporting social and economic empowerment, with the aim of opening direct communication channels with the beneficiaries, and turning challenges into implemented opportunities, while strengthening community partnership in designing future policies. The meeting constituted an interactive national platform to collect decision makers, partners and beneficiaries, to listen to the voice of society and design realistic solutions that support the construction of flexible and sustainable professional paths. In her opening speech, Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Community Empowerment, confirmed that empowerment is not a slogan, but rather a commitment and a participatory national responsibility,
