Development according to international standards
According to the National Center for Curriculum Development, the artificial intelligence approach was designed according to the latest international standards, in a way that contributes to the development of critical thinking among students, and to enhance their ability to analyze and solve problems, as well as increasing their awareness of artificial intelligence techniques and realistic and professional applications.
Serious content from elementary to high school
The new curriculum includes an integrated and simplified content that ranges from the primary stage to the secondary stage. In its early stages, it focuses on basic concepts and interactive applications, while later expands to include models design, artificial intelligence ethics, machine learning, and relevant programming.
Training programs for teachers
The National Curriculum Development Center confirmed that male and female teachers will currently undergo specialized training programs to ensure their readiness to teach the new curriculum efficiently. This trend reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to developing education and keeping pace with the world’s accelerating digital transformations.
A generation ready for the fourth industrial revolution
This decision comes within the framework of the Ministry of Education’s endeavor to prepare a Saudi generation that is able to to the tools of the fourth industrial revolution, and is able to compete in the global labor market, in light of the acceleration of dependence on artificial intelligence in various economic and technical sectors around the world.
