The National Meteorological Center in Saudi Arabia issued an air alert today, Thursday, July 17, 2025, warning against a severe heat wave witnessed in the eastern region, where temperatures are expected to reach 50 degrees Celsius.
The center called on citizens and residents to take the necessary precautions, such as avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, drinking sufficient amounts of water, and staying in air -conditioned places as possible to avoid the risks of heat stress.
