Engineer Ayman Attia, the governor of Qaliubiya, held this morning an expanded meeting to review the executive position of all the equipment related to the electoral process, scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, 4 and 5 August next, this comes within the framework of the intensive preparations witnessed by Qaliubiya Governorate to ensure the progress of the Senate elections 2025 in safe and organized atmosphere.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Iman Ryan, Deputy Governor, General Secretary, and a number of security and executive leaders, as well as heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods.
During the meeting, the governor stressed to raise the degree of maximum readiness in all local units and service directorates, and complete coordination between all concerned authorities, to ensure the provision of a safe electoral environment that facilitates citizens to make their votes easily and easily.
The governor also directed the speedy completion of cleaning work and raising the occupations in the vicinity of the electoral headquarters, and providing alternative sources of energy such as electric generators to ensure the continuity of work, and prepare decent waiting places for citizens in front of the committees.
On the health side, the governor stressed the need for medical teams trained inside and outside the committees, providing ambulances and equipping nearby hospitals to deal with any possible emergency.
The governor concluded the meeting by thanking all the parties participating in preparing for the electoral process, stressing that the success of this national entitlement reflects the awareness of the Qalioubi citizen and the state’s efforts to consolidate the pillars of democracy and active political participation.
