Oscar Ruiz, Chairman of the Main Referees Committee of the Egyptian Football Association, participated in the activities of the second phase camp for referees on VAR video cheap, a few hours after his arrival in Cairo.
Oscars lecture the rulers in the VAR licenses camp
Oscar gave theoretical lectures for referees this morning with Igor, the delegate of the International Football Association “FIFA”, the lecturer of video technology, which is charged with FIFA to supervise the camp, in the presence of members of the main referees committee.
Oscar Ruiz, head of the Referees Committee in the Football Association, arrived in Cairo hours ago, after the end of the leave he obtained after the end of the elapsed football season, and he was following the activities of the camp on a daily basis through Al -Zoum.
The morning period of the camp witnessed today theoretical lectures in which Oscar Ruiz and the international refereeing lecturer Igor participated.
The evening period is witnessing practical exercises in the stadium and VAR cars, where each crew runs 20 minutes for friendly matches, held at the knowledge of the main referees committee in one of the stadiums of the National Teams Center.
