Mohamed Ibrahim Kisho, the star of the Egyptian team for Roman wrestling, and the owner of the Tokyo Olympics 2020, announced his retirement from playing permanently, so that the curtain was ran on a career full of achievements, during which he made his name as one of the most prominent heroes of the game in the history of Egypt.
“After long years of fatigue, challenges and victories … after I honored my country and raised its flag in international forums, I estimated the dream and crowned a Olympic medal. Today I arrived in the most difficult decision in my career, an official declaration.”
He added: “The decision is not easy, wrestling was more than a sport for me, my life, my passion and Sindi were in the most difficult times. Thank you for every coach who supported me, and every colleague of Sandni, and every fan of joy.”
The Olympic champion continued: “Ahmed, our Lord, is at every moment above the rug, and every pride I lived in the name of Egypt. Thank you for the wrestling that taught me to be a man before I am a hero.”
Inspected achievements
Mohamed Kisho crowned a bronze medal in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, along with many continental and international titles, and he was always present on the podiums in the major championships.
