His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God bless him”, issued a law of settling disputes arising from the implementation of contracts for building citizens ’homes in the Emirate of Dubai. The law aims to enhance the welfare of citizens and ensure their social stability, as this law is a qualitative step to settle disputes that may arise during the implementation of construction projects quickly and efficiently without affecting the path of developing housing projects. The law will enter into force on January 1, 2026 to enhance the stability of the construction sector and ensure the rights of citizens.
