Fourth: The player, despite being the leader of the team, was a permanent source of problems inside and outside the dressing room, in a clear violation of the leadership role and the sports spirit required of him.
Fifth: The volatile performance of the player, and his actions on the field raised many question marks and doubts, which negatively affected the team’s results, and this is a violation of professional and professional secretariat.
Sixth: The player posted a photo of him on social media, wearing a yellow T -shirt before a crucial match against Ismaili is a non -sporty hint and behavior that is incompatible with affiliation and responsibility.
Seventh: These actions are an explicit violation of the terms of the contract, specifically for paragraphs 1 and 5 of the third item – obligations of both parties, as well as an explicit violation of the provisions of Article 12 of the Players Affairs Regulation issued by the Egyptian Football Association.
Accordingly, the management of Modern Sport Club confirms the following:
First: Not to give all players their full contractual rights in accordance with official regulations and contracts.
Second: The club administration maintains its full legal rights, and will take all necessary measures against the player, in response to the false allegations issued by him, in a way that preserves the club, its entity, dignity, and material and moral rights.
