The Georgian goalkeeper Giorgi Mamerdshevili scored his first appearance with Liverpool, in a friendly victory over Breston North, 3-1, in preparation for the new season competitions.
Mamerdshevili played in the match that was held on Sunday, July 13, at the “Dipdale”, for only 45 minutes in the first half, and he did not receive any goals.
Liverpool advanced by Conor Bradley in the 33rd minute, before Darwin Nunez added the second goal in the 52nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Lidasi scored the goal of reducing the difference for Preston, before Jaco ended the goals of the match in the 84th minute.
