Emaar UAE real estate obtained a wide plot of land in the Somapai region, which extends over an area of 2000 acres, and this huge area allows the company to implement a project with international specifications, in line with its strategy in building integrated societies that mix luxury, quality, and innovation, and this project represents the first expansion of Emaar in the Red Sea region, which opens new horizons for real estate and tourism investment in Egypt.

The “Marassi Reed Edcen” project is located directly on a strategic location west of Ras Suma, and it is one of the most distinguished geographical locations on the Red Sea coast, bordered to the east by the Ras Soma project, while the integrated Soma Bay region is located in the northeastern side.
