The shares of Warba Insurance and Reinsurance Company in the Kuwait Stock Exchange increased by 4.49% at the end of Sunday’s session to close at the price of 163 dinars per share, achieving its highest price since the equations.
The trading on Warba’s arrow at that time through 128 trading operations, at 2.33 million shares with a value of trading 376.02 thousand dinars.
The highest price for the share was at that time at 171 dinars during the session, while the lowest price for the share was at 154 dinars.

The financial statements of Warba Insurance and Reinsurance Company revealed that its profits decreased by 17.06% during the first quarter of 2025, as the company recorded a net profit of 2.07 million Kuwaiti dinars, compared to 2.50 million dinars during the same period in the previous year.
The company explained that this decline is due to the decrease in investment revenues, in addition to the decline in the net insurance results, and the high unoccupied public and administrative expenses.
It is noteworthy that the profits of “Warba Insurance” had decreased during the year 2024 by about 20.7% to reach 5.62 million dinars, compared to 7.09 million dinars in 2023.
