The International Olympic Committee approved the amendments to the new sports law, which was approved by the House of Representatives a few days ago.
According to Mahmoud Al -Shami, a member of the committee formed to develop the amendments to the Sports Law, the written approval from the International Olympic Committee reached the Ministry of Sports.
Mahmoud Al -Shami confirmed through his Facebook account that the law will be raised to the President of the Republic to formally ratify it.
Al -Shami stressed that during a meeting with Minister Ashraf Sobhi, the position of some club boards of directors that announced the holding of a general assembly for new elections in accordance with the law and its executive regulations was held.
Al -Shami continued: The sports investment file was also discussed with a number of club heads and those interested in the sporting field.
