The city of Etisa, Fayoum Governorate, witnessed a state of health alert, after receiving a report from the Central Hospital of Etasa to receive a number of citizens who had symptoms of food poisoning suspicion, after eating meals from a restaurant in the city.

Immediately after the report, the concerned authorities moved in a night campaign where Dr. Sameh Al -Ashmawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Fayoum, Dr. Mohamed Abdel -Tawab, Director of Preventive Medicine Department, and Mukhtar Hussein, the first food observer in the Directorate, was formed, and a technical committee was formed from the health department in Etisa.
The sudden campaign was chaired by Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Dakhil, Director of the Health Department in Etisa, with the participation of Professor Imad Othman, Director of the Food Office, and the understanding of the environment health observer phone, where the restaurant was addressed to the complaint, and samples of food, oils and water were withdrawn, and the records necessary to send them to the central laboratories to analyze them and ensure their validity for human consumption.
The follow -up team also visited the Etisa Central Hospital to check on the injured and follow up their condition, in the presence of Dr. Hossam Khalil, the hospital director, Dr. Mohamed Gamal, the emergency director, and the staff of the doctors working to receive.
The visit was also attended by representatives of the city council, headed by Professor Mohamed Medin, Vice President of the Etisa Center and City for City Affairs, and Professor Mustafa, Director of Follow -up, to follow up the developments of the situation in the field.
The health administration in Etisa confirmed that the health status of the injured was settled, and they were all left from the hospital after their condition improved, and the accurate follow -up continues from the health authorities to ensure that there are no complications, and legal measures are taken against officials if the violations are proven.
