In the details, an employee submitted a request to the Department of Labor at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, complaining of the company, and the department was unable to settle the dispute and refer him to the court, and the employee registered his lawsuit with a newspaper deposited and declared legally to the judiciary by obligating it to perform late wages for about 3 months in the amount of 99567 dirhams, and obligate her fees and expenses.
