The Official Gazette published in its issue issued today, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 688 of 2025, related to the decision to collect in exchange for occupying the water surface in the external kidnapper area in the port of Alexandria.
The first article of the decision stipulated that the duration of stopping work in Resolution No. 2699 of 2019 regarding the collection of the water surface occupancy in the external kidnapper area in the port of Alexandria, for a year starting from June 23, 2025.
While the second article stipulates that the departments of the relevant authority must implement this decision, each in its regard.
This came based on the decision of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Alexandria Port, to agree to the extension of the suspension of work in Resolution No. 2699 of 2019 referred to for a year starting from June 23, 2025, which is approved by the team, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development, Minister of Industry and Transport.
The Official Gazette published in its issue issued today, Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 687 of 2025, related to controls and in exchange for the declaration of cinematic and television photography in the ports of Alexandria and Dekheila.
The first article of the decision stipulated that the General Authority of the Port specialize Alexandria Other than others, to declare others to photograph cinematic and television works, short films, and electronic content work, inside and outside the customs department in the ports of Alexandria and Dekheila, and on the condition of the approval of the Port Police Department and other competent authorities. The permit is issued after the authority’s competent authority is approved.
Imaging controls inside the customs circle
While the second article stipulates the determination of a category in exchange for issuing the aforementioned permit in the previous article, within the customs circle as follows:
- The Egyptians have 60 thousand pounds per day, in addition to the value -added tax and the martyrs honoring fund), and the fraction of the day is calculated for a whole day.
- For foreigners 1500 dollars per day in addition to the value -added tax and the martyrs honoring fund), and the day breaking the full day is calculated.
