Enas Al -Majid: The new electronic system of civil organizations enhances institutional empowerment and facilitates procedures

Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development at the Ministry of Social Development: The new electronic system of civil organizations is a prominent step towards continuing to promote institutional empowerment and facilitate procedures

Professor Enas Mohamed Al Majid, Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development at the Ministry of Social Development, confirmed that the electronic system for the management of civil organizations, which is hoped to inaugurate during the coming period, after completing all stages of its development and equipping actual employment, is an important station in the path of updating the digital infrastructure for the civil work sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and embodies the Ministry’s commitment to continue providing an advanced digital environment that accompanies developments towards Comprehensive digital transformation.

Al -Majid explained that the system will constitute an integrated system aimed at enhancing the enabling of civil organizations to perform their developmental role efficiently and transparently, by simplifying procedures, speeding transactions, and promoting self -control through e -follow -up mechanisms, adding that the design of this system came as a result of close cooperation between the ministry and its partners in the private sector and civil society organizations, which reflects the constructive partnership in supporting societal development paths.

The Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development appreciated the support of the National Bank of Bahrain and the experience of the Edaf I Solichns Company in implementing this project, stressing that the ministry will continue to develop its electronic services in the next stage, in a manner that ensures the facilitation of daily work for associations, and the achievement of the highest standards of transparency and governance.

It is noteworthy that in the context of its efforts to continue enhancing the efficiency of institutional work and developing the mechanisms of providing services, the Ministry of Social Development has signed a cooperation agreement with the private and private sector to develop an electronic system for managing civil organizations, which is considered an advanced step towards supporting the digital transformation in organizing and following up the work of the private sector, in a way that enhances effective communication between the ministry and organizations.
