The Egyptian basketball team will play its third match in the friendly Beirut International Championship, on Thursday evening, where its counterpart, Jordan, meets the championship competitions held in the Lebanese capital during the period from 21 to 27 July.

The tournament is an important preparatory station for the two teams, as Egypt is preparing to compete in the Fropsque 2025 competitions, while Jordan continues its preparations to participate in the Asian 2025 Championship.
The match is scheduled to start at six o’clock in the evening Beirut time and Cairo, with the Egyptian team to end its participation in the championship on Sunday, July 27, by facing the Lebanese team, the owner of the land and the public.
The championship system
The friendly Beirut International Championship is held in the league system from one round, and the national team is crowned with the largest number of points at the end of the matches, which gives each confrontation great importance in resolving the final ranking.
The Egyptian team had started its career in the championship with strong performance, amid the participation of teams with a high competitive level, which contributes to raising the readiness of the Pharaohs before the upcoming official benefits on the continental scene.
