The General Command of Dubai Police, represented by the “Your Commitment to Happiness” initiative, organized an awareness lecture, in cooperation with the “Dubai Sports Council”, for students of the summer student program, in “Rashid Bin Saeed School” for secondary education in Hatta, on the obligations of the sports audience in the stadiums stipulated in Federal Law No. 8 of 2014 regarding the security of sports facilities and events. Lieutenant Nabat Sultan Al -Ketbi stressed, during the lecture, that the initiative aims to enhance communication with sports fans, and to unify efforts to make the masses happy by consolidating a culture of positive encouragement by optimal use of communication sites, to transfer positive messages and the culture of constructive criticism among all, in a way that reflects the civilizational face
