The Community Development Authority in Dubai announced the launch of the “Voluntary Culture” project, aimed at enhancing awareness of volunteering and enabling various groups of society to contribute effectively to the development process, in conjunction with the “Year of Society 2025”, within the framework of enhancing the role of individuals and institutions in supporting societal initiatives and consolidating the culture of giving. The pioneering project focuses on raising awareness of the concept of volunteering, the bodies concerned with its organization, the rights and responsibilities that govern the voluntary relationship, and to encourage community participation from all age groups. It is a comprehensive platform for enabling individuals to have a positive impact, through field work, or developing voluntary leadership capabilities.
