“Banft”, the leading company in the field of financial technology and the service of electronic financial transactions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the increase in the maximum daily limit for the immediate transfers service “Fawry+”, in implementation of the directives of the Central Bank of Bahrain to raise the ceiling of the daily maximum of “Fawry+” service from 1,000 Bahraini dinars to 3,000 Bahraini dinars for the bank account, enabling Banft customers and banks to benefit from this new feature As of Monday, July 21, 2025.
Customers will now be able to send amounts of up to 3,000 Bahraini dinars to the beneficiary account within seconds through the “Benfa B” application or through any of the banks that provide “Fawry+” service, and this represents a qualitative shift in the experience of electronic financial transfers for customers, and reflects the great development in the digital financial services and financial technology sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This increase comes in the daily limit of transfers in line with the accelerated growth in the demand for this service, and in response to the growing customer needs in light of the accelerating developments taking place in the financial sector, as well as within the framework of the ongoing national efforts to enhance financial inclusion and facilitate electronic financial transfers.
