Officials in New York City said that a gunman fired on Monday in a skyscraper in central Manhattan, including the US Football League headquarters and offices of many financial companies including Blackston, killing four people before shooting himself, according to Reuters.

The accident caused the death of a policeman and at least four people shot, and a number of others were injured, by an armed man who stormed a luxury skyscraper in the center of New York City early Monday evening – before he shot himself, according to sources.
Sources in the law enforcement told the newspaper “The Post” that the man entered the building armed with a gun and was wearing a bullet protective jacket, noting that he was fortified inside the building, and was found dead by gunfire on the thirty -third floor.
New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tich said that the gunman, who was residing in Las Vegas and traveled across the country to New York in recent days, shot himself at his chest at the end of his shooting series, suggesting that the gunman acted alone, and investigators have not yet been able to determine the potential motivation behind the shooting.
Several major media outlets published a picture of the suspect, CNN said it was published by the police, showing an armed man enters the building with a rifle, and the report added, quoting officials, that the preliminary investigations of the suspect’s record did not show any significant criminal record.
