President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi is heading today to Malabu, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, to participate in the seventh session of the Coordination Summit meeting of the Agency of the African Union.

The spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic stated that the president participates in the coordination meeting, in which participation is usually limited to some African leaders, in light of Egypt’s assumption of the Head of the North African Region’s ability, and its presidency of the Guidance Committee for heads of states and governments of the African Union Development Agency – Nepad, as the President will review during the summit the efforts made by Egypt to develop the work of the two mechanisms, in a way that enhances peace and security And their links with the goals of development and stability in the African continent.
Ambassador Mohamed El -Shennawi, the spokesperson, added that during the visit, the president is expected to meet with a number of African leaders, in order to discuss the challenges facing the African continent, and ways to enhance continental stability in order to achieve the aspirations of the African peoples of prosperity and prosperity.
