The Abu Dhabi Criminal Court issued a ruling on convicting a defendant for a sexual assault, after his assault was proven to a child inside his private vehicle, and sentenced him to a ten -year prison sentence, while preventing him from staying in the vicinity of the victim’s residence after the end of the punishment period. The details of the case are due to a communication submitted by a relative of the child, in which he reported that the 10 -year -old was attacked by the accused in a residential area near their place of residence, where he was lured into the perpetrator’s vehicle and assaulted him inside.
