The General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, through the Government Development Department, organized a workshop “Design and Development of Referral Cases Referral Procedures between Government Persons”, with the participation of heads and managers of a number of government agencies and departments in the emirate, to develop internal procedures and set a unified system for managing and transforming social cases, smoothly and effectively providing direct linking between the entities in a way that enhances the integration of roles, leading to the speed of response and accuracy of coordination.
