A relative of the victim, who was killed at the hands of his son inside his house, in the village of Qourais of the Ashmoun Center in Menoufia Governorate, revealed shocking details of the incident, stressing that the family was in a state of anxiety due to the son’s suffering from mental illness, amid attempts by the father to protect and contain him.

The cousin of the victim said, in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that the victim’s son had been suffering from psychological disorders for years, but his father refused to enter a psychiatric clinic out of fear of abuse, and to preserve his image in front of society, adding: He was always saying he was not a clinic because he was a clinic because of Mitdahlsh, and they lived in one house with each other.
He added: The accused is a teacher, and we saw that he was a stable condition, and we were surprised after the incident with a phone call that he would inform us if there was a calamity, and when we went, we met the son, he concluded the father’s parents, the sight of Mettfish.
The cousin of the victim indicated that the perpetrator was not aggressive, and he was dealing normally to a large extent, and his health deteriorated in the recent period and a seizure occurred to him until he committed a heinous crime against his father.

Immediately, a security force moved to the replacement place, and it became clear from the examination and inspection that the victim was 72 years old, on the pension, and he died after suffering from a white weapon, while it was found that the perpetrator of the incident was his son, working as a teacher and suffers from mental illness.
A report of the incident was edited, and the investigation authorities that started their work were notified, and the body was transferred to the morgue of Shebin Al -Koum Educational Hospital, in preparation for its presentation to forensic medicine, and the completion of the necessary legal procedures.
