Assiut University has announced the readiness of the university’s electronic coordination offices; To receive high school students in conjunction with the start of the work of the first stage to register their desire in government universities and institutes for the academic year 2025-2026, which is equipped in two headquarters at the university, one of them at the Faculty of Arts, the Old University campus, and the other in the “1” sector in the university city, stressing the university administration’s keenness to provide all the capabilities and services supporting students and parents to ensure the progress of electronic registration work easily and easily.
Preparing electronic coordination offices at Assiut University
Dr. Ahmed Al -Minshawi said that the extent of the laboratory was followed technically and technically, by identifying the efficiency of devices equipment and the availability of the Internet and its speed, as well as the efficiency of the technical support team supervising the factory, which includes two halls containing 49 automatic computers connected to the Internet, under the supervision of a team consisting of 10 specialists to provide technical support and guidance for students.
The electronic coordination factory held at the Computer Center at the University City was followed up, and the factory includes two halls equipped with 45 computer devices, in addition to a surveillance room in cameras, and is supervised by a team of 9 specialists with experience in the electronic coordination system.
The laboratories operate daily from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon, amid a continuous presence of technical support teams to facilitate registration procedures, and to ensure immediate assistance to students and parents.
The President of the University directed to provide an appropriate organizational atmosphere within the laboratories, which guarantees the smoothness and ease of recording desires, especially during peak periods, with the need to adhere to the organizational procedures approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and to provide a sufficient number of devices and enhance the technical presence when needed.
