The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced today, Tuesday, that the success rate in the Scientific Science Division in the new system of high school exams 2025 amounted to 79.6%, after the approval of Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education, as a result of the first round of the academic year 2024/2025.

According to the official statement issued by the Ministry, the number of students applying for the first round exams in the Science Division (New System) reached 451453 students, of whom 417260 attended, and 332,183 students succeeded.
The Scientific Science Division is the largest in terms of the number of students among all the people, whether in the new or old system, and includes students of the qualifying track for medical colleges and health sciences, which highlights the importance of this division in the map of university education in Egypt.
The high success rate in this division reflects the extent of students’ adaptation to the new evaluation system, based on understanding and critical thinking instead of memorizing and indoctrinating, noting that the results came balanced and reflects the actual performance of students.
In the coming hours, the ministry is preparing to announce the names of the first high school in each division, in preparation for the start of coordination of admission to universities, amid a wide follow -up of students and parents.
