The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Dakahlia Governorate, today, Wednesday, July 10, 2025, carried out an expanded control campaign on bakeries and markets in various departments, which resulted in the liberation of 136 catering violations in one day.

This comes in implementation of the instructions of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, and the directives of Major General Tariq Marzouq, Governor of Dakahlia, and under the supervision of the accountant Ali Hassan Abdel Fattah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in Dakahlia.
The campaign witnessed a precise follow -up by Professor Mohamed Zaghloul, Director of the Supply Supervision Department, while Dr. Shaima Al -Hindi, Director General of Internal Trade, took over the supervision of the follow -up of the markets and to ensure the availability of goods and quality of products.
- The campaigns resulted in the seizure of 92 catering violations in the bakery sector, which varied between:-
- 54 records for a decrease in loaf weight (from 8 to 20 grams).
- 11 minutes acted in 449 flour.
- 3 Assembly lectures 93 ration cards.
- 2 An upgraded minutes in 13 checkered.
- 2 minutes not to give a Pinch.
- 3 Lectures to not clean dough tools.
- 8 minutes of no record.
- 4 minutes of no data list.
- 2 closing a bakery record without permission.
- 2 bread production minutes that are not identical to the specifications.

- 44 violations were also liberated in the market sector, most notably:
- 10 minutes of no health certificate.
- 6 records selling cigarettes with more than the official price.
