Today, Tuesday in Luxor Governorate, the activities of a campaign of 100 health days in its third year begin in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic, to improve the quality of health services provided to citizens, and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, and Engineer Abdel Muttalib Amara, Governor of Luxor.
Intensive campaigns for early detection and free services for everyone
Dr. Ahmed Abu Al -Atta, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Luxor, stressed that the campaign represents an extension of the initiatives of 100 million health, and aims to provide integrated health services to all age groups, through extensive activities that last for 100 consecutive days, focusing on early detection and rapid intervention to treat chronic diseases.
Abu Al -Atta: fixed and mobile teams that provide integrated services in the morning and evening
Abu Al -Atta pointed out that the campaign is implemented through fixed medical teams in the health units, in addition to animation that roams the areas of citizens gathering in the morning and evening periods, to ensure that the largest possible number of beneficiaries are reached.

The services provided include:
• Early detection of chronic diseases and kidney disease
• Hearing examination and genetic diseases in newborns
• The initiative to detect anemia, obesity and dwarf between children
Care of the mother and the fetus
• Examine the next to the marriage
• Contribute to eliminating waiting lists
The Undersecretary of the Ministry called on all citizens of Luxor to quickly go to the nearest health unit or mobile campaign points, to take advantage of free medical examinations and services, stressing that the supreme goal is to build a healthy society whose members enjoy a better quality of life, within an integrated health system.
