Eng. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al -Khayyat, CEO of the Urban Planning and Development Authority, announced the completion of the approval of the ninth batch of the authority’s project to update the ownership documents for detailed plans.
Accordingly, the authority invites all real estate owners to take the necessary measures within 90 days of publishing this announcement to complete the procedures for updating their ownership documents located within the following detailed plans:
1. Karana and Hilla Abdel Saleh 426-444-460
2. 1037
3. Castle 438
4, East Al -Hadd
5. Gunusan 502-504-506
The CEO indicated that the real estate owners of the declared plans and those wishing to speak their ownership documents must submit the required documents: a copy of the ownership document and a copy of the survey certificate if the ownership document is old, and a copy of the identity card, but if the applicant holds a power of attorney from the owner, a certified agency must be provided with the signature of the real estate owner with filling the application form.
He explained that the necessary procedures can be completed by submitting an inquiry request for a case of real estate via email to the authority (email protected) Or through the electronic platform for urban planning services “Planning” www.planing.bh.
He stressed that in the event that the period specified for the stage of updating the ownership documents will be expired, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture will be addressed to complete the procedures for implementing the expropriation law for the public benefit for the purposes of planning or re -planning.
