In the beginning .. Why did Yahya Al -Fakhrani to re -present King Lear after all these years?
King Lear is currently suitable for me after he exceeded the age of 80 years, I presented this play years ago, but now I was excited about her, because of my life near the king’s personality, as it is every time it is presented on the stage, in which we discover something new, and received a great turnout from the audience, so I saw that King Lear is the most appropriate thing that I currently present, and I hope that you will be accepted and admired.
The theater is another world and standing on it very difficult .. How did you prepare to present this character?
I keep the play, and always consult me in clothes and decorations, and artistic matters, and we attend this play for 6 months, and we are currently preparing to display it within days of the audience, and I hope that our Lord will admire the audience.
Yahya Al -Fakhrani is the king of theater and the artist who has annihilated his life in the field .. Is the professor still afraid of meeting the audience?
Everything that passes is anxious about my history, and everything that grows and my name is more afraid, and until now he is still afraid of meeting the audience.
Is reading something necessary for the artist?
Culture is generally important not only for the artist, that is, a paper that you meet you read, and the true artist does not dispense with reading, culture and knowledge.
What is the new generation professor recommended?
I advise young people to be sincere at work, permanent study, and in my opinion reading is indispensable.
Did you not think about presenting another work alongside King Lear?
Currently, everything that occupies me is the play of King Lear and I did not think about anything else.
What is the position of Yahya Al -Fakhrani on submitting CVs .. Do you agree to present your biography?
I refuse to present my CV, because people are close to it, and because of people’s love for me, everyone wants to see me in his own way.
When Yahya Al -Fakhrani returns to the cinema?
The story is the one who forced me to return, and I face a crisis that I played all the roles, and this caused the authors to authors, so I will return to cinema when I find a good writer who has a new story that attracts me to return.
Are we currently suffering from a lack of writers?
Yes, we definitely have a crisis .. We need talented writers in the next period.
