We will continue to call for more structural reforms to facilitate the business climate in Egypt

Ahmed Al -Wakeel, President of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, praised the structural reforms that Egypt witnessed during the past year 2024, saying: We will continue to call for more and more reforms to facilitate the climate of businessmen.

And the agent continued: Thanks to the structural reforms, Egypt once again became the land of promising opportunities, as its market exceeds 100 million consumers, which grows to more than 3 billion consumers through free trade agreements with the Arab world, Africa, the European Union and others.

He added during his speech at the Egyptian Al -Sabri Business Forum, that the alliance must take place in the opportunities that Egypt put forward for the benefit of our two countries, in which Serbia has advanced technology, such as:

• Purifying phosphates, manufacturing phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizers, which began to negotiate during President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi’s visit to Serbia
• Mineral industries, especially iron and steel
• Nutritional industries in the auto and home appliances sectors
• Cooperation in the field of software, especially Arabization
• River transport and linking it to multimedia transportation

He also explained: We will cooperate with the Union of Serbian Chambers by appointing contact points to develop our trade and investment exchange and link our affiliate.

And Abizaid: Our support for Egypt in the various Expo exhibitions, from Milan to Dubai, and we will spare no effort in ensuring full support for the Belgrade Expo exhibition in 2027, through Egyptian companies that have succeeded in implementing giant projects in construction, construction and infrastructure, not only in Egypt but in many countries of the world.
