The Meteorological Authority revealed its expectations to prevail tomorrow, Sunday, June 22, 2025, weather Hot to very hot day in most of the governorates of the Republic, while the atmosphere tends to moderate at night and in the early hours of the morning.
Meteorology reveals a state of weather tomorrow, Sunday
Weather experts warned of the emergence of a dense waterwall starting from 4 am to 8 am, especially on agricultural and rapid roads in the northern regions of the country, through Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, Canal cities, and central Sinai, which may lead to a temporary decrease in horizontal visibility.
As for the northwestern coasts, such as the areas of Matrouh, Al -Alam and Alexandria, it is expected to disturb maritime navigation due to wind activity, which may reach a speed of 60 km/h, with a rise in waves ranging between 2 to 3.5 meters.
Expected temperatures
- Greater Cairo: Great 35, Minor 23 with Water Shaboura, sometimes active winds (32 km/h), and partial cloudy weather.
- Northwest Coasts: Great 30, Minor 22, and active winds (30 km/h), partial cloudy.
- South of Upper Egypt: Great 40, Minor 26, sunny, active winds (30 km/h) may be exciting for sand and dust.
- South Sinai and Red Sea mountain ranges: strong winds (44 km/h), and may affect vision due to the raised dust, especially in open areas.
Meteorologists pointed out the need to be careful while driving in the early morning hours, due to the formation of a dense waterbed that may lead to a low level of horizontal visibility, especially on agricultural and rapid roads.
