The US ambassador to Israel announced on Saturday that the United States started organizing flights to evacuate its citizens from the Hebrew state, while Israel and Iran continued to exchange bloody attacks.
Mike Hackabi wrote on the “X” platform that the US government provides assistance to its citizens and the permanent residency holders in Israel or the West Bank, who wish to leave.
A US State Department official said that about 70 people were transferred from Tel Aviv to Athens on Saturday on two flights organized by the government, according to Agence France -Presse.
The official called on the American citizens to leave alone if possible without waiting for government assistance, as many other countries, including China, India and several European countries, have arranged evacuations for their citizens.

Iran is responding to the launch of rocket batches and enlightenings at the Hebrew state, as the Iranian Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that at least 400 people, the majority of whom were civilians, were killed by Israeli strikes.
Iranian reprisals with missiles and marches resulted in the killing of at least 25 people in Israel, according to official figures.
