Today, the Minya Criminal Court is considering the verdict of the ruling in the case of the Jim coach accused of violating the 13 -year -old child’s offer, inside a training hall in the village of Al -Hawatiya, which is affiliated with the Minya Center, which has caused great anger in the Minya street during the past months.
The details of the case are due to an official communication submitted by the child’s mother, in which she accused the coach of luring her son during the exercise, taking advantage of his presence alone inside the gym, and committing a blatant act against him, which caused him a severe psychological crisis, which negatively affected his academic and social life.
In previous statements to “Cairo 24”, the child’s mother confirmed that her son has suffered from a bad psychological state since the incident, and he refuses to go to school or leave the house, due to the shock he was exposed to, as well as bullying from some of the surrounding after the details of the accident spread.
The Public Prosecution had completed its investigations into the incident, and ordered that the accused be referred to the Criminal Court for trial for the accusations attributed to him.
Today, the people of the village of Al -Hawatiyah are awaiting the issuance of the ruling, amid calls from the family of the child and citizens to sign the maximum punishment for the accused to be a lesson and a deterrence for everyone who begged himself to attack children or exploit them in any way.
