The Directorate of Education in the Red Sea has ended all the final preparations for the performance of the secondary certificate exams, as the committees were ready in terms of furniture, lighting, ventilation, security and hygiene.
Fayza Ahmed, director of the Red Sea Education Directorate, said that the committees were ready to receive students to take exams, and to emphasize the implementation of all the necessary precautionary procedures and sterilizing them in order to preserve the safety of students and those in charge of the exam process.
The Director of the Directorate of Education in the Red Sea issued instructions to provide all the necessary support to the heads of committees in organizing students ’entry and prevent students and parents crowding in the vicinity of schools.
In the same context, the Directorate of Education coordinated with the Red Sea Security Directorate, Civil Protection and the Najda Police to secure question and answer papers and the course of the exams, in addition to coordination with the Health Directorate to provide a doctor within each of the examination committees.
A major operating room was also formed in the Directorate, and it was linked to sub -operations rooms to educational departments to follow up the progress of the exams and immediate intervention to solve any problem that may face the progress of the exam process.
It is noteworthy that the number of students applying for high school exams is 4154 male and female students at the governorate level, including 404 students of a modern system, and 150 old systems, distributed over 14 committees at the level of educational departments.
The distribution of the committees as follows, the Gharib educational administration came as one committee, the Safaga administration 2 committees, the Hurghada Educational Administration 7 committees, each of the Qusayr, Marsa Alam, Shalatin and Halayeb one committee.
