The session will be held under the chairmanship of Counselor Hamada Al -Sawy, membership of Counselors Mohamed Ammar, Raafat Zaki, Dr. Ali Amara, and the Secretariat of Mohamed Ammar.
The beginning was when the Supreme State Security Prosecution ordered the referral of 6 accused in the case that carried No. 13052 of 2022 for accusing them of assuming and leading a terrorist group to the urgent trial, to punish the accused in accordance with the accusations of the referral decision.
On the other hand, the first district, terrorism, held in Badr, headed by Counselor Mohamed Al -Saeed Al -Sherbiny, decided to postpone the trial of 10 accused, in case No. 22698 of 2024, the criminal of the gathering department, for the September 6 session for the pleading.
The referral order said that during the period from 2015, until June 16 of 2022, the first and second defendants took the leadership of a terrorist group the purpose of calling for a violation of public order, endangering the safety of society and safely, disrupting the provisions of the constitution and the law, and from the state institutions and public authorities from practicing its actions, assaulting the personal freedoms of citizens, and damaging national unity and social peace.
