The deceived person filed a lawsuit against the fraudster, at the end of which he requested the ruling to compel him to lead him to 10 thousand dirhams, which he seized with the monument, and at 5 thousand dirhams in compensation for the damage caused to him, and to compel him to fees and expenses. The complainant said that the fraudster deluded him as an officer in the Nationality and Residence Department, and he can extract a residence visa for his wife for a fee, and after he transferred the amount he requested, he banned him, so he opened a report that resulted in a criminal case, and the ruling was issued to convict him, because he seized 10 thousand dirhams from the complainant fraudulently
