The South Korean Navy participates in multinational training in Australia

The South Korean Navy said yesterday, Wednesday, that the navy and the Marine Corps will participate in multinational training, which is scheduled to start in Australia next month, as part of efforts to enhance operational capabilities with forces from 18 other countries.

According to the South Korean “Yonhap” agency, about 840 individuals, including navy, naval and operating forces of the ground forces, are scheduled to participate in the Talisman Sber training, which is scheduled to be conducted in the northeastern region of Australia from 3 to 27 July.

South Korea is planning to mobilize the 14,500 tons of 14,500 tons weighing, destroyed “Wang -Guyun”, which weighs 4,400 tons, and the Linux helicopter, as well as the CA9 self -motivation and the “Chunmamo” multiple missile system.

The United States and Australia will host these exercises jointly, and this year will participate about 30,000 soldiers, about 30 ships, and 70 aircraft from 19 countries, including Britain, France and Japan.

The South Korean navy participated for the first time in the training in 2021, and the Marine Infantry was joined in 2023, and this year represents the first time that the operations forces of the ground forces participated in the training that takes place every two years.
