The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Tuesday, the completion of the restoration of the second group of Russian military personnel from the Kiev regime, as part of the agreements reached last week in Istanbul.
In a statement, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that, according to the Russian -Ukrainian agreements reached on June 2 in Istanbul, a second group of Russian military personnel was restored from the lands controlled by the Kiev regime.
She indicated that, in return, a group of Ukrainian prisoners was transferred.
For his part, Ukrainian President Folodimir Zellinski said: We prepared a new group of prisoners of war.
