His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al -Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, ordered the release of a number of inmates of the reform and penal institution in Umm Al Quwain, who were sentenced to imprisonment and fine and judge varying penalties, on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al -Adha, because of their good conduct and behavior, during their implementation of the sentence. His Highness the Ruler of Umm Al -Quwain expressed his wishes for the release of them for a good return to society and public life. The matter of pardoning the inmates comes within the framework of His Highness’s keenness to give them the opportunity to start a new life, and to bring pleasure and joy to the hearts of their families and their families.
