The Public Prosecution organized specialized lectures on modern technologies and artificial intelligence at the Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies from 16-17 June 2025, presented by a delegation of members of the Public Prosecution in the People’s Republic The lectures are a comprehensive presentation of China’s experience in developing the public prosecutor system through “Issue Management System 2.0”, and smart technologies supporting evidence and documents, retrieving cases and submitting recommendations on judgments, in addition to artificial intelligence applications in the areas of investigation, criminal analysis and judicial services. In the People’s Republic of China, which aims to enhance fruitful cooperation between the two deputies to train the members of the prosecution and develop their capabilities, especially in the technological field, what the Public Prosecution in the People’s Republic of China possesses great experiences in this field.
