Sharjah: “The Gulf” started yesterday, Saturday, at the Sharjah Academy of Police Sciences, an intensive workshop that extends over two days under the title “Evaluation of Evaluation tools: An Applied Workshop in the Light of the Academic Accreditation Commission and the results -based framework (OBF)”. Members of the academic body and specialists participate in the workshop, aim to enhance the quality of education, and enable the participants to develop their skills in designing and evaluating assessment tools in line with best practices and academic standards. The first day witnessed a definition of the workshop and its goals, followed by a lecture on “the shift to the evaluation model based on the results of the main performance indicators, and the explanation of the philosophy of change and the difference between the old standards
