The Official Gazette published the decision of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi to issue a law to establish a database of the unified national number of real estate after the approval of the House of Representatives.
According to the Official Gazette, the law consists of 14 articles and is implemented from the second day for approval in the Official Gazette, which is June 18, 2025.

The House of Representatives, in its general session last April, headed by Counselor Ahmed Saad El -Din, the undersecretary of the Council, in principle, approved the report of the Joint Committee from the Housing and Public Utilities and Reconstruction Committee and the offices of the local administration committees, the defense and national security, communications and information technology, the plan and the budget, and the constitutional and legislative affairs on a draft law submitted by the government to establish the database of the unified national number database of real estate.
